How App is used in classroom/gym:
School Doctor Notes is a web/mobile application designed to streamline the doctor note process in the school environment. A student brings a note to the school nurse. The school nurse logs into the web app and enters all of the relevant information. This information then gets sent out to the PE teacher on their phone or tablet. From there, the PE teacher can access the information to ensure that students are following health restrictions and concerns.

As a PE teacher I find one of the most frustrating parts of my job is organizing and maintaining doctor notes. To that end, I created this web/mobile app that I hope other PE teachers will find useful. It is simple and easy to use.
