Suggested Grade Level:
3-12
Warm up your hamstring muscles by jogging and then doing the proper leg stretches
Take test with your shoes OFF!
Keep knees slightly bent-don't lock them
Reach forward slowly
Keep fingertips and hands together (shortest reaching fingertip is the score recorded)
Start with a straight back and lean forward from the hips-don't slouch from shoulders
