Suggested Grade Level:
3-12
Run at a pace that you can have a conversation with a friend.
Try NOT to stop. If you have to slow down, do a fast walk.
Don't eat right before the test.
Upon finishing the test, keep walking so your heart can get back to a normal beat.
Don't compare your time with others-worry about yourself.
If you finish early, look for others to encourage.
