Kneel on the floor

Place top of head on the floor infront of knees

Place hands on the floor,palms flat, shoulder width apart, infront of the head to form a triangle

Walk feet toward head, keeping back straight, place each knee on elbow and balance. (right knee on right elbow, left knee on left elbow)

Push against the floor to distribute weight evenly between head and hands to maintain balance

To come down - slowly take knees off elbows and put feet on the floor, push with hands to return to starting position
