feet shoulder width apart

knees bent

hands in ready position (in front of body - shoulder height)

follow the three step cadence: ready(move body to front the hitter), two(coil body/bend knees), three(jump)

when in the air: press hands over the net "penetrate"

Keep thumbs up when blocking the ball
