PEC: Lesson Plans for Physical Education

Name of Activity:

Batting Swing

Purpose of Activity:

To see what students know about the cues that make up the batting swing and from where they learned those cues. It will also allow a teacher to see students writing skills.

Suggested Grade Level:

2-6

Materials Needed:

This assessment sheet (which you can print out from here) and writing utensils for the students.

Time Needed to Complete:

7-10 minutes at the end of class. Could also be sent home as homework or completed in the students classroom.
