Title of Bulletin Board: Life is Better in Sneakers

Description:

In my never-ending attempts to get all my students to wear their sneakers on PE days, I put together this bulletin board. I cut out the letters for the words, "Life is Better in Sneakers" using the die cut machine at our Teacher Center. I asked teachers in my school to bring in any old sneakers that they were going to throw away or donate and filled my display case about halfway up with these old sneakers. I have a place to donate all these sneakers when I change this bulletin board. This bulletin board has gotten the attention of our students (and parents!) and has provided an opportunity to talk about the importance of having sneakers on PE days.
