Lay out your next day's clothes before you go to bed.
Set the breakfast table the night before.
Make sure your book bag contains everything you need for the next day.
Go to bed at a reasonable time.
If you're a slow riser, give yourself an extra 15 minutes in the morning.
No TV, radio, Walkmans, or CD players in the morning.
