Tips for People with Sensitive Skin
Use soap only on your face, armpit area, groin, and feet.
Take only short, lukewarm (not hot) showers).
Use hypoallergenic skin lotions once or twice a day.
After exercise, shower off the sweat as soon as possible; apply lotion.
Avoid wool. Try wearing more cotton clothing.
In the winter, use a humidifier at home to increase the moisture in the air, especially in the bedroom.
Foods that often cause allergies include citrus fruits, tomatoes, wheat-containing products, eggs, cow's milk, and chocolate.
