Ways To Stick To Your Exercise Program


Choose activities you enjoy.

Set realistic goals for yourself.

Schedule your workouts for a specific time, and don't plan anything else during that time.

Cross-train to reduce boredom and injuries.

Occasionally reward yourself for sticking with your routine.

Increase the length and intensity of your workouts gradually.

Exercise with a family member or friend.
