Eye Strain and Computer Monitors


Place lighting so as not to cause a glare or reflection on your screen.

Place your monitor at or slightly below eye level.

Make sure your screen is dust free.

Look away from your monitor occasionally.

Invest in a monitor anti-glare screen.

Keep reference materials close to your screen.
