Improving Your Self Esteem

Look in the mirror daily and say something positive to yourself

Realize that you are unique and original and be happy because you are you

Avoid getting upset with others who insult you because these people are probably insecure themselves

Get involved in sports and activities in your school, town, or community

Perform volunteer work a few times a month

Accept compliments from others

Avoid comparing yourself to others
