PE Central Kids Quote of the Week
For week beginning Saturday, September 30, 2000
We have 5 physical education teachers and classes and on rainy days we have to find a way to split the only gym among 5 teachers and 90-120 students. That being said on rainy days we often spread out board games, and let the kids choose which to play. Billy, a first grader, was standing there crying his eyes out. When I asked him what was wrong he said crying, "I can't play this game anymore", while pointing to a boardgame. I then asked "Why not Billy?", he quickly responded still crying, "it says ages 3-6 and now I am 7".
