Our school starts at 8:45am. My first PE class starts at 8:55am. During those 10 minutes I usually set up the field. While I was walking across the field, I saw two 1st graders hiding behind this big tree running back and forth. I called them over and asked them how come they didn't line up when the bell rang. One of the of boys replied, "I have too much wax in my ears and I didn't hear the bell ring." I wanted to laugh so hard but obviously I couldn't.
