PE Central Kids Quote of the Week
For week beginning Friday, September 3, 1999
I was describing the game of hockey to a class of second graders. I was telling them what the forwards were called, then thinking that they would relate to what they learned in soccer, I asked them what the people standing behind them might be called, About four of the kids yelled out "The backwards."
