At the end of a unit, we switch from the gym to the pool. Before the students can participate in the swim class I check the bottom of the students feet for planters warts. Last week it was time for Mrs. Polito's 2nd grade class to begin swimming. So I began checking the boys feet prior to entering the shower. A boy asked me why I was checking his feet. I replied, "I'm checking for warts". He replied," I don't have any warts". I said how do you know? His answer was, "I haven't kissed any frogs".
