PE Central Kids Quote of the Week
For week beginning Monday, August 6, 2001
It was the first day of school and I was telling a 2nd grade class how important it was that they wear tennis shoes, not sandals, to gym. One little boy raised his hand and said, "I can run in these" pointing to his sandals. I replied, "But you need to wear these" pointing to my tennis shoes. He looked confused for a minute then said, "But I'm not your size."
