My policy for music is that I have to listen to the tape or CD first before I approve it for class use. One afternoon, a 3rd grader approached me about playing a tape that afternoon for class. After reminding her about my policy and the lack of time to listen to the music, she replied still wanting me to play it, "It's okay! You can't really understand any of the words anyway!"
