PE Central Kids Quote of the Week
For week beginning Wednesday, June 18, 1997
I was introducing the forearm pass to a class of fourth graders and we were discussing what part of the body is used to contact the ball and the proper technique. One student, new to our school, just sat quietly, with a very puzzled look on his face. When I asked if there were any questions or comments before we began working on the skill, this particular student raised his hand and asked "How can you contact the ball with four arms when you only have two?"
