PE Central Kids Quote of the Week
For week beginning Friday, June 11, 1999
While talking to our first grade classes, my fellow teacher, Tom and I were discussing catching snow flakes on your tongue. Tom asked what flavors the snowflakes tasted like. Various flavors were given, "Raspberry..Vanilla...Strawberry". Someone mentioned "Lemon" which I in turn leaned to Tom and commented "You have to watch out for the yellow snow" Without missing a beat, one of my first graders said "Don't go where the Huskies go!" I was laughing so hard I was crying. Tom didn't hear what the boy said and I couldn't stop laughing long enough to tell him.
