Today while we were stretching in one of my 7th grade classes, I had them sit on the floor cross-legged. I told them to put one hand on the floor and the other hand over their heads. I asked them what muscles we were stretching and they all chimed in "Abdominals!" I said great! You guys have really been studying your muscles! Then one of my kids asked, "Is that like the adbominal snowman?"
