I dance for a radio station around here and we had a performance at the Charlotte Checkers game. We did our performance right by the entrance gate. I was, of course, jumping up and down...all into the performace. The next day at school one of my students was wearing a Checkers jersey. I asked him if he went to the game, and he calmly replied "yes". I then asked him if he saw me or the dance team there, and again he replied "yes". I finally asked him why he didn't say "hi", and his reply to that was "I like it when you jump around in class, but I didn't want you to do it in front of my parents."
