This year I have been teaching my students some basic sign language. One day I was teaching one of my 1st grade classes of all level 1 English language learners. I noticed a Hispanic girl emphatically signing "Stop! Stop!" to a Chinese boy in the class. I looked and he was picking his nose. The signing sure comes in handy!
