While teaching gymnastics for the 7th year at the elementary level a student who I had taught for several years asked why I was not demonstrating the activities. (I was usually a good demonstrator but since I was 5 months pregnant at the time I chose students to demonstrate.) I asked her if she had noticed how big my stomach was getting (I was sure all the students were quite aware of my pregnancy). Her reply was "my moms stomach is a lot bigger than yours and she is not having a baby."
