After explaining to one of my students that he would not pass physical education for the year, the student stormed out of my office and went right to the principal and exclaimed "How can he fail me? I haven't been in class all year!"

After about two seconds of thought the principal replied "Did you really think about what you just said?" To this day he still has not figured out why he failed.
