The week before Winter break,I was explaining to a Kindergarten class how to play "Santa's sleigh." I told them they would work with a partner; one would sit on the scooter and pretend to be Santa. The other student would pretend to be the reindeer and use the rope to pull Santa on his sleigh. One student asked, "What is a sleigh?" I responded that it is what Santa sits on with his sack of toys. The students then asked,"Oh, who's going to be the sack?"
