I had a Kindergaden class that I was was teaching the proper form for a good sit-up. I made sure I used perfect form on 5 fantastic sit-ups that I was very proud of. After this I asked the students did they see me and did they have any questions. One cute little girl with an expresion of confusion asked me "Do we have to make those loud grunt nosies like you?" I smiled and said "no". The rest of the day I made sure I was silent with my perfect sit-ups.
