While playing a tag game called "Ant Hospital", the students were instructed to group together to carry a tagged person (aka: dead ant) to a hula hoop (ant hospital) so the dead ant could "come back to life" and rejoin the game. Upon doing this, one kindergarten boy started to do chest compressions on another boy that was lying very still in the ant hospital. When I questioned what was happening, he replied "Ms. Crowder, this one isn't going to make it, and I know CPR."
