Cooperation Assessment

Purpose of Activity:

To gain a better understanding of students knowledge of their cooperation skills. This particular assessment works best after having taught students cooperative or team building activities.

Suggested Grade Level:

3rd and Up

Materials Needed:

This assessment sheet (which you can print out from here) and writing utensils for the students.

Time Needed to Complete:

To be completed in the students classroom, at the end of a class, or as a take home assignment.
