Title of Bulletin Board: Components of Fitness
Suggested Grade Level: 3-5
Materials: Laminated signs, bulletin board trim and paper
The five components of fitness are displayed; muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility and body composition. It's purpose is to allow the students to be able to put the activities we will be doing during physical education this year into one of the five categories.
