Title of Bulletin Board: Teen Stress

Suggested Grade Level: 9-12

Materials: Construction paper, printer


The bulletin board defines and explains teenage stress and stressors. It teaches students creative ways to deal with stress. It teaches students to identify friends who might be having a hard time and how they may help them. Some key compontents to relieve feelings of stress involve taking care of self through proper diet, exercise and avoiding drugs and alcohol.
