PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: All-Star Class

Category: Behavior Incentives

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials: sports border, letters, die cuts of various sport balls, All-Star Class banner, die cut stars with teacher's name, award die cuts

The "All-Star Class" award is given weekly to the class for each grade level that best represents being "All-Stars" (good sports, works together, follows directions, good listeners, active participation, etc.) Each class taught is represented with a star that has the teacher's name on it. When a class is chosen as the P.E. All-Stars for the week, their class star is placed above the die cut trophy for all to see. Each week a different class is chosen. I announce the winner at the beginning of each P.E. class and let the others know exactly why that class was chosen so they know what they have to do as a class to be All-Stars too.
