PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Box Tops Valentines

Category: Fundraisers

Suggested Grade Level: All

Materials: butcher paper, borders, construction paper, mailbox clipart/cutout

For PE programs that collect box-tops for playground and/or gym equipment $, having a class or grade-level challenge to encourage students to collect box-tops is great, but having a creative bulletin-board to show the numbers and keep box-tops on the brain makes the challenge even better!

For this sweet bulletin-board every class gets their own mailbox for Box-Top Valentines! As classes reach a specified number (e.g., 50 box-tops) they receive a cute valentine envelope in their mailbox! Students can then see which class is in the lead for the challenge and also feel inspired to collect so their class doesn't have an empty mailbox!
