PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Busy Bees in PE

Category: Seasons (Fall, Spring, etc.)

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials: construction paper, bee cut-outs, tape, glue, any sort of athletic cut-outs

"Busy Bee's in PE" is used for the spring season. I made a giant flower with construction paper, and used a floral boarder. The soccer ball, baseball, basketball, and tennis ball were chosen because they are all subjects/activities that we have gone over in class. I also chose bees because we focus a lot on teamwork and the Bee family is known for being hard workers that get things done by working together. The kids really enjoy it and the words are simple enough for the lower grades (I am at a K-3 school) to sound out and read on their own.
