PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Nothing To Do? Guess Again!

Category: Physical Activities

Suggested Grade Level: All

Materials: Letter cut-outs, printed information from various websites and local organizations

I designed this bulletin board so my students could find local places to go in the winter where they could be active. I used our local YWCA, a ski resort, an indoor water park, roller skating rinks, gymnastics clubs, ice skating rinks and a recreation center that has rock climbing walls. The response from the students and parents has been wonderful and the local businesses appreciate the free advertisement.

Additional Information:

I had this up for our Family Learning Night activities so parents would have an opportunity to view it too.
