PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Fillling Buckets

Category: Student Behavior

Suggested Grade Level: All

Materials: Construction Paper, Cricut Machine, Cricut's Every Day Paper Doll Cartridge

This year our elementary school used ideas from the "Have You Filled A Bucket Today" book. This book encourages it's readers to use positive comments to help fill up a person's bucket, so that they feel good about themselves. Anyone making mean comments to someone is being a bucket dipper instead of a bucket filler. My bulletin board was done to help students see how they can fill buckets in Physical Education Class.

I used my Cricut Machine and the "Cutting Up" cartridge to cut out the letters. The bucket, little boy, and girl were from the "Everyday Paper Dolls" cartridge.

The Kindergarten noticed my board right away and they filled my bucket by writing me a little note to tell me how nice of a bulletin board it was!
