PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Say Peace out to Drugs

Category: Health

Suggested Grade Level: All

Materials: Bulletin board paper, diecut letters, peace signs pictures

This bulletin board was created in honor of Red Ribbon week...encouraging students to Say "no" to drugs. Each year we have a "slogan" this year it was "Say Peace out to Drugs". Each student received rubber bracelets that said the slogan and each day of the week, we held different events. On the bulletin board, we placed pictures of the different events and how they celebrated the week. We also placed written ways on how to say no such as the following:"No thanks", "Drugs aren't Cool", "No way", "are you for real?", and just walk away.
