PE Central Kids Quote of the Week

I teach K-4 PE. I was scheduled for knee surgery and expected to miss school for 2-3 weeks. I knew the students would be asking lots of questions about where I was so I sat each class down and explained that I was going to have knee surgery. I drew a picture on the chalk board and explained that I had cartilage between my two leg bones that was hurting and the doctor would fix it. During my recovery at home, I ran into one of my student's parents at a meeting. I was on my crutches and the parent approached me and said, "My 2nd grade daughter told me you were recovering from surgery...she told me you were having "YOUR CLEAVAGE FIXED".
