Equipment Name: Streamers
Materials Needed: Disposable Plastic Table Cloth (different colors if you want to make more exciting), Scissors, Stapler, Staples, Tape, 1 inch wide popsicle sticks
Estimated Cost: $1-$5.00
Rationale: Great for encouraging creative dancing using streamers. Good fitness activity especially for the arm muscles.
Directions For Making:
Using the scissors, cut table cloth
from the shortest end into two inch wide strips. Staple two to three
strips together onto the popsicle stick. Cover the staples with the tape
to prevent injury from the staples. Streamers can be rolled neatly and
stored in a small container.
Makes approximately 8 streamers.
