Name of Activity: On The Sidelines Non Participation In PE Worksheet

Purpose of Activity: To have the student engaged in a meaningful and reflective activity while he/she is unable to participate in PE class.

Suggested Grade Level: 3rd and Up

Materials Needed: This assessment sheet (which you can print out from here) and writing/drawing utensils for the students.

Time Needed to Complete: To be completed during the class in which the student is unable to participate.

This is a great tool. My partner and I wrote this exact worksheet and used in 2002 and I still use it today.
