This site compiles information and suggestions from certified and experienced bowling coaches. The beginner gets the basics such as how to keep score and access to effective video clips. Bowlers looking to improve their game have a wide variety of tips to read about, such as practicing to hit specific pins, adjusting to lane conditions and suggestions on angle approaches. The assorted methods try to drill the bowler by forming habitual checks in a person's mental and physical game. The site also offers contact information for USA Bowling certified coaches.
Five expert bowlers provide their opinions, tips and insight with regular submissions of articles listed on the site. Most of the articles come from George Freeman, who has been with the Professional Bowlers Association since 1993. The topics cover a wide range, such as equipment essentials, developing a pre-shot routine, timing and balance, just to name a few. Though bowling can be seen as strictly an individual sport, one expert goes into the importance of team discussion during tournaments. The site also has a message board and a "Physical and Mental Game" forum.
This site is not updated but does contain a multitude of terminology for the bowler. No graphics so it loads easily and is a good reference tool.
