The following are directions, information, and tips for successfully placing an order in our secure online PE Central store. We accept Mastercard or Visa, Purchase Orders, or Checks as payment. Checks and PO orders are not shipped until we receive them in the mail or PO's via fax (number below). Expect 5-10 days for delivery of products (except on many T-shirt orders as they are print on demand so may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery) via UPS. We only ship to destinations in the USA.

Virginia Resident Tax on Orders
Virginia residents will be charged applicable tax at the time of the order. If you are tax exempt please call us at 540-953-1043 to place your order or place the order online, contact us and we can remove the tax that will automatically be added on our online store system. If you wish to fax us your tax exempt form, our fax is 540 301 0112.
Expect delivery of your order via US Post Office (Priority) and on larger orders we sometimes ship UPS. We typically ship within 24-72 hours of receiving the order and it typically takes 5-10 days to arrive at your door depending on your location. The exception to this is our clothing and accessories as they are print on demand so they may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered to your door. If we ship UPS a tracking number in an email so you can track the status of your order. If you do not receive this number then please check your spam filtered email. You might want to put our email address (email@example.com) in your address book so you can make sure to get our emails.
eBooks are PDF downloads. You will receive an link in an email in which you can download the product. You have 7 days in which you can download the product.
International orders may take longer and are typically mailed USPS. Feel free to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to check on the status of your order or you can call 540-953-1043.
Our T-shirts and other clothing items are printed on demand so they sometimes take a few days to print so expect delivery of these items in about 5-10 days. Our clothing items are also shipped from locations throughout the country (currently Minnesota) and all are shipped via UPS.
We are happy to issue a refund (except on eBooks) if a piece of merchandise is defective in some way or if you just did not need the product. However, you will need to bear the cost of mailing the item back to us. The product must be in good condition and have a receipt with it. We will mail you a check via the US postal service for the amount that you paid after we receive the item. If you paid by credit card we will credit the card for the amount charged.
For electronic books (eBooks) we will NOT issue any kind of refund.
We typically do not carry a large amount of stock so there will be times when we cannot fulfill your order right away. We will mail the completed order when we receive all of the items to complete your order. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are not a large company! We only have one full time and part time employee. We try to email our customers to let them know if something is not available but we cannot guarantee we will communicate with everyone about status of orders. eBooks (PDF downloads)
Ebooks are downloaded as a PDF file. You have seven days to download the product after you purchase. A link is provided after you purchase the eBook. We do not provide refunds on eBooks.
PE Central does not sell or distribute any of it's customers personal information with any third party including our sponsors. We only ask for your email address so that we can send your receipt to you as we do not include a receipt or a packing slip with the product. We do not put you on any email list either.
All of the pages in our store are located on a secure server. The normal browser security indicators may not be visible because our store pages are built in a frame. To verify the security, right-click on the page and select 'Properties' to see that the URL (Address) begins with HTTPS. We have taken every precaution to make sure that the information you have provided is secure and safe.
