Challenge #6: Paddle Strike

PE Central ICON "Grip": Use shake-hand grip to hold the paddle/racket.

PE Central ICON "Bend Knees": Keep your knees slightly bent.

PE Central ICON "Strike": Strike the ball upward and keep the paddle in a "flat" position.
