Week 14: Dec. 2-6
Directions: Line the students up and go down the line saying what color ball they
are going to use (i.e., red, green, blue, and orange.) When you are done you will have 4 teams that have been assigned the same color ball to hold as they move and tag.
Have your students then spread out in the playing area. The teacher then calls out the "stinger" color. Once the color is called the "stingers" chase and tag the other colors. If a student is tagged they stand with both hands around the ball and in the air above their head. They wait there until another dodger comes along and tags them to set them free (any color can free them simply by tagging them).
Switch colors every couple minutes so everyone can be a tagger or "stinger."
