Teaching Suggestions:

Have each student check his/her heart rate before starting the dancing. Check it again after the dance. Ask the students if they think their hearts are beating faster or slower?
Introduce the word "aerobic" and tell students two or three positive reasons for engaging in aerobic exercise.

this was amazing ;)

Sounds like a good dance but could you put a video on the site to help with the dance.

I like the idea, but I've never heard of Phines and Ferb. Can you explain who or what that is?

I am so excited to try this. I use the music from Phineas and Ferb all the time with P.E. activities. The kids love it also. I need to go buy their new CD that is out. I also have their Christmas CD. I have also designed P.E. games and activities using the Phineas and Ferb dominoes. Thank you for this.
