PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: How can you be active?

Category: Physical Activities

Suggested Grade Level: K-2

Materials: Background, Pictures, Border, Letters

This board was built for my PED386 class taught by Dr. Bennett at UNC-Wilmington. We were assigned grade levels and had to make a bulletin board according to a competency goal in the NC Standard Course of Study.

The board has a yellow background with a sports themed border. The phrase "How can you be active?" is at the top with pictures depicting students having fun doing activities such as jumping rope, walking, in-line skating, skateboarding, and cycling. A orange piece of construction paper is located behind each picture for contrast.
