PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Swimming Word Wall

Category: Word of the Week

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials: Microsoft Word, Paper, and Laminate

The bulletin board was constructed to use a reference in the pool when I am explaining new skills to the students. When teaching the students a new skill or concept I refer to the Word Wall where there are definitions of the different terms we use in swim class (drag, streamline, buoyancy). For the bulletin board i typed up all the definitions on Microsoft Word and printed them on yellow paper. I also laminated the paper, in case it gets wet in the pool area.
