PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Look What's Popping in P.E.

Category: Beginning of School

Suggested Grade Level: K-5

Materials: Black backing paper, popcorn border, plastic popcorn containers, yellow tissue paper, paper popcorn

This bulletin board was created to get all the children exctied for what will happen in Phys. Ed this year. The popcorn design is eye catching and child friendly which automatically engages childrens interest. How I designed the board was by putting black paper and pocorn border all around. Then I found plastic popcorn containers and filled that with yellow tissue paper and stapled popcorn paper pieces around to give an added effect. Inside the popcorn I wrote some events that will be "popping" up this year like field day, different sports we will learn, etc.
