PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: Working Together to Make the Goal

Category: Sportsmanship

Suggested Grade Level: All

Materials: Bulletin Board Paper, Border, Letters, PVC Pipe for the goal post, Paper football cutouts

I put this bulletin board up at the beginning of school to let our kids know the theme for the year. I wanted to show them that we would be emphasizing teamwork. I explained to them that all sports teams have to work together to win the game, or make the goal.
I used a die cut machine on the letters. I bought PVC pipe for only $3.25, and they cut it at the store for me. To make the goal post stay on the bulletin board I used hot glue and clear tape. I then stapled the letters and the footballs to the bulletin board.

Additional Information:

Make sure that you get a "T" connector, and 2 curved connectors so that you goal post will look like a goal post.
