PEC: Bulletin Boards for Physical Education

Title of Bulletin Board: BINGO Exercise

Category: Warm Ups

Suggested Grade Level: 3-5

Materials: Construction Paper, Tape and Computer and Printer

The PE Bingo board is just a quick warm up that we have to keep the kids interested. We call a Bingo number and it corresponds to a warm up exercise that is listed on the Bingo board. N5 = Ski Jumps. Fun and simple. The numbers represent the amount of repetitions for each exercise. They can be changed as the year progresses to higher numbers for better fitness.
